“Boutique” is originally a french word for a small shopping outlet,
usually one that specializes in elite and fashionable items.
Recently, the term "boutique" has started to be applied to various niche items
and places that are produced in small numbers at very high quality in design.


Thomas Letourneux

Born in France and based in Asia since 2006, Thomas studied design in Paris and London, where he completed a Masters Degree in Design Products at the renowned Royal College of Art under the leadership of Ron Arad. He then moved to Tokyo, to work as a designer for Publicis Group and he had the opportunity to design interiors for some of the world’s most respected brands, including: Dior, Louis Vuitton, Hugo Boss and so on. After a working on a few projects in Hong Kong, he fell in love with its communicative energy and decided to setup his own creative agency at the heart of the city.
He now follows his true passion of creating dream life experiences by leading the development of Boutique Design.


Melia Lai

Melia is born and raised in Hong Kong. Growing up in such an efficient city, she developed the passion to make ideas become reality. Her ability to transform the most complicated project into a smooth realization has allowed her to work for the very demanding luxury industry and has been responsible for the coordination and production management large scale events all around Asia. Since 2010, her curiosity and interest in design led her to broaden her expertise to the field of interior renovation, she now overviews all Boutique’s renovation projects.
